What We’re After:
– Degree? Yeah, you’ll need a BSc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
– Experience: Not your first rodeo. We’re talking a solid decade (10+ years) in a proper textile or home textile gig, and at least 5 of those calling the shots as a manager. If you’ve handled Made-Ups/Export setups and know your way around garment ops, that’s gold.
So, What’s the Gig?
– Run the daily show on the stitching floor—think bed sets, comforters, curtains, cushions. Production targets? Gotta hit ‘em.
– Keep an eagle eye on line balancing, operator hustle, WIP (work-in-process), and making sure machines aren’t just collecting dust.
– Handle all the fancy sewing stuff: flat lock, overlock, hemming, piping—you name it.
– Quality is king. You’ll make sure everything’s stitched up to snuff, whether the buyer’s picky or not.
– Get down and dirty with the QC crew—do those in-line and end-line checks, hunt down defects, and fix ‘em at the source.
– You’re not a lone wolf. You’ll sync up with cutting, embroidery, quilting, planning, and finishing teams to keep things rolling like butter.
– Process improvement? Lean practices? 5S? Efficiency tracking? SOP tweaks? All your turf. If you spot waste, you squash it.
– You’ll be the floor boss—lead and train supervisors, line guys, operators, helpers. Keep ‘em sharp, disciplined, and on their toes.
What You Gotta Bring:
– Deep knowledge of stitching machines, sewing hacks, and machine tweaks. If you don’t know your way around a presser foot, probably not for you.
– You can actually read and make sense of technical sheets and sewing specs (not just pretend).
– People skills, leadership mojo, problem-solving wizardry. You know how to get a team moving.
– Handy with MS Excel and ERP software—basically, you’re not afraid of spreadsheets or digital tracking.
In short: We need someone who can own the stitching floor, boss the team, and keep the production humming—no micromanagers or clipboard warriors, please.

Who You Are:
You’ve got a BSc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Not just a piece of paper—you actually know your stuff. If you haven’t spent the past decade in a solid textile or home textile gig (bonus points if you’ve been running the show for five of those years), this probably isn’t your scene. Oh, and embroidery? You speak that language fluently, especially if you’ve wrangled made-ups or export setups.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. The Real Work):
– Juggle embroidery schedules like a pro—deadlines aren’t suggestions around here.
– Get people and machines in the right place, at the right time. Think of yourself as the conductor of a very thread-y orchestra.
– Make sure embroidery actually looks how it’s supposed to. Stitch quality, color, design… you’re on it. If there’s a defect, you catch it early—no “good enough” allowed.
– Work with design and sampling teams to get artwork sorted and signed off. Basically, you’re the bridge between “cool idea” and “finished product.”
– Keep track of all the stuff: consumables, production records, quality checks. If there’s a way to do it better, you’re not shy about saying so.
You’ll Need:
– Deep technical chops on embroidery machines and digitizing software (if you have to Google it, probably not a fit).
– Obsessive attention to detail—tiny flaws bug you more than Monday mornings.
– You know how different fabrics freak out (or don’t) under the needle.
– You’re the fixer, not the finger-pointer. Problems? You squash ‘em.
– If you can’t keep a report or two straight, this gig would drive you nuts—solid documentation and process hacks are a must.
