What your typical day will look like

– You’ll basically own customer orders—start to finish. Get ‘em in, get ‘em out, keep ‘em happy.
– Play inventory Tetris: predict what’s hot, make sure we don’t run out, and nudge the purchasing folks when it’s time to restock.
– Help cook up merch plans to get our stuff seen (and bought). Think: “How can we make this pop on the shelf?”
– Jump in with the design crew—brainstorm wild new products, mess around with fabrics, play with patterns, you get it.
– Crunch numbers for new product ideas. Figure out what it’ll actually cost to make this thing, from zippers to overtime. If the math’s weird, dig into it.

What’s gonna help you nail this gig?
– You’ve got a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s—Textile Eng, Marketing, Business, or whatever’s in the same ballpark) and at least a couple years’ experience.
– You actually know your way around Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Pressure? Deadlines? No sweat—you can juggle.
