So what’s the gig, exactly? Check this out:

– You’ll need to double-check all those process settings before you fire up any machines. Don’t just wing it—make sure everything’s on point and sign off on the job card.
– Before you get started, go over the job card. Like, seriously, don’t skip this step.
– Every reel’s got a box number, and you’ll be jotting those down in the register. Gotta keep things tidy, you know?
– Ink Matcher types—you’ll be mixing and matching inks for Rotogravure and Flexo printing. Basically, making sure those colors pop and actually match what the customer wants (not as easy as it sounds).
– You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the production crew to nail those customer specs and whip up the perfect ink blend.
– Oh, and if the ink throws a tantrum mid-production? You’re the one who’s gonna fix it, so be ready to troubleshoot.

If you’ve ever messed around with Laminate Bags

Quad Bags, Four Side Seal Bags, Zipper-with-slider Bags, or Rice Bags, that’s a huge plus. The dream candidate’s got a Diploma, Inter, Matric, or even Middle—plus 4-5 years of actual, hands-on experience. Flexible Packaging industry experience? Even better.
