Manager – Technology & Cyber Risk Advisory

Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants is looking for the position of “Manager – Technology & Cyber Risk Advisory” within Technology and Cyber Risk Advisory department for its Karachi office. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Run the whole show when it comes to IT audits and advisory gigs—yeah, I’m talking soup to nuts: planning, digging in, reporting, and keeping clients in the loop (no surprises, thanks). Tear into ITGCs, poke holes in application controls, size up cybersecurity, cloud setups, and whatever shiny tech pops up next.
• Lay down real, actionable advice—not just that “consultant speak”—to help clients stay on top of risk and tighten up their controls. Jump in on compliance stuff too, whether it’s ISO 27001, SOC reports, NIST, COBIT… you get the drill.
• Keep client vibes strong and positive. You know, actually building relationships, not just LinkedIn connections. Help drum up new business when the opportunity knocks.
• Mentor junior folks, show ‘em the ropes, and try to build a team that actually likes working together (wild concept, right?).
• Big bonus points if you’ve snagged certs like CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor—those’ll make you a rockstar here.
• Oh, and sometimes you’ll help whip up technical proposals for new projects or collabs. Gotta keep things interesting.

Qualification: BS – Computer Science / Information Systems / Cyber Security or related fields.

Experience : 6+ years of experience in IT audit, advisory, cyber security or related fields (preferably in Big 4 firms or any similar sector/consulting services).
