Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited KTML Jobs August 2025

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve gotta have a BSc in Textile or Industrial Engineering—no shortcuts, sorry. Plus, we need someone who’s been around the block: at least ten years grinding it out at a legit textile or home textile spot, with half that time calling the shots in a manager gig. If you’ve done the whole stitched-made-ups/export circus, you’re already ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Well, first off, you’re the ringleader for the stitching floor—bed sets, comforters, curtains, even those fancy cushions. Hit the daily numbers, keep the crew moving, make sure the machines are humming and the operators aren’t slacking off. We want someone who actually knows what “line balancing” means—and can spot a bottleneck before it blows up the whole schedule.
  • You’ll be all over the specialty stuff too: flat lock, overlock, hemming, piping—basically, if it goes through a needle, you’re in charge. Quality? Non-negotiable. You’ll be glued to the QC team, nipping defects in the bud and tracking down the “why” if something’s off. No “that’s how we’ve always done it” excuses.
  • You’ll be the bridge between planning, cutting, embroidery, quilting, and finishing—think of yourself as air traffic control, but for fabric. Lean practices, 5S, process tweaks, cutting down the junk—yeah, that’s all yours. If there’s a smarter way to do it, we want to hear about it.
  • People skills are non-negotiable. You’ll train up supervisors, line bosses, operators, helpers—the whole zoo. Keep ‘em sharp, keep ‘em in line, and make sure the floor doesn’t descend into chaos.

Skills & Competencies:

  • You better know your way around every stitching machine and setting. Technical sheets shouldn’t scare you. Leadership chops, a knack for solving problems on the fly, and decent MS Excel/ERP skills—you know, so you’re not the one holding up the numbers.

If you’re the type who can keep the show running (and make it even better), let’s talk.

WE ARE HIRING: DEPUTY MANAGER – EMBROIDERY AT KTML
Position: Deputy Manager
Department: Made-Ups (Embroidery)
Location: Rawalpindi
Apply at: hr.ktml@kmlgpk.com
Application Deadline: September 5, 2025

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve gotta have a BSc in Textile or Industrial Engineering—nothing less, sorry. We’re talking at least a decade grinding it out in textiles or home textiles, and if you haven’t spent five years bossing people around (in a managerial role, obviously), it’s probably not gonna work. If embroidery ops are your jam—especially for made-ups or export stuff—huge bonus points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Juggling embroidery schedules like a pro. Deadlines? Yeah, you’ll live and die by ‘em. Gotta keep things moving, minimal screw-ups.
  • Divvying up people and machines so everything’s humming. Basically, you’re the maestro of the embroidery floor.
  • Making sure the embroidery actually looks like the designer’s fever dream—right colors, right stitches, all that jazz. You’ll be eyeballing stuff mid-process and at the end, too.
  •  Squashing embroidery goofs before they become disasters. You’re also the go-between for design and sampling teams, making sure everyone’s on the same page (or at least pretending to be).
  •  Keeping tabs on supplies, production numbers, and quality reports. Oh, and if you spot a better way to do something, speak up.

Skills & Competencies:

  • You actually know your way around embroidery machines and digitizing tech—not just winging it.
  • You notice stuff. Like, you’ll spot a crooked stitch from across the room. Picky is good.
  •  You’ve got a knack for planning, herding teams, and you understand how fabrics act when you start poking holes in ‘em.
  • When things go sideways (and they will), you don’t freak out—you fix it.
  • You can actually write a report people want to read, keep your docs in order, and you’re always thinking, “How could this be less of a mess?”

Basically, if you live and breathe embroidery, love sorting chaos, and don’t mind telling people what to do, we wanna talk.
