Royal Gas
Admin / Coordinator Jobs
Job Title: Admin / Coordinator
Company: Royal Gas
Location: Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi
Type: Full-time gig
Who We Want:
– You’ve got a bachelor’s in admin, and you actually know what you’re doing (not just a piece of paper, please).
– Experience? Yeah, you’ve done the admin, customer service, or coordination dance before.
– You can talk and write like a champ in both Arabic and English—no Google Translate nonsense.
– Organized? Like, “color-code your sock drawer” organized.
– Microsoft Office is basically your second home (Word, Excel, Outlook—the whole crew).
– You know your way around UAE government portals and all that paperwork jazz.
– Got a UAE driver’s license? Sweet. If not, well, it’s not a dealbreaker but you’ll make life easier for us.
– Bonus points if you’ve tangled with DoE processes or Asateel. If you have to Google that, maybe keep looking.
– Sometimes you’ll need to actually leave the office and meet clients. Shocking, I know.
– Expect standard hours, but when renewal season hits? Flexibility is your new best friend.
What You’ll Actually Do:
– Chase down clients for contract renewals (bring your patience).
– Collect, double-check, and sometimes triple-check their docs—accuracy is everything.
– Play document detective: Spot what’s missing or expired and help clients fix it (sometimes you’ll have to guide them like they’re assembling IKEA furniture).
Client Chit-Chat
– Talk to clients in Arabic AND English. Emails, calls, in-person—whatever it takes.
– Keep it professional, even if they’re driving you up the wall.
Online Meetings & Support:
– Schedule and run online meetings for contract renewals. Try not to let anyone fall asleep.
– Walk clients through the process so they don’t mess it up (again).
Client Visits (If You’re Game):
– If you’ve got wheels and a license, awesome—hit the road to collect docs or check in with clients. If not, no worries, but you’ll miss out on some fresh air.
Reporting & Keeping Track:
– Prep reports and updates for the higher-ups—make them look good.
– Keep client records spotless and up to date (if you’re a spreadsheet nerd, you’ll love this).
Regulations & Red Tape:
– Actually understand the Department of Energy rules (no, really—don’t just nod along).
– Know how to use the Asateel platform for filling permits and follow-ups.
If you’re the type
Who can juggle a million things, talk to anyone, and still manage to not lose your mind (or the paperwork), you’ll fit right in. Shoot us your CV and show us what you’ve got.
