Salary – Up to AED 5,000 + High Commission

About the Role:

A fast-growing real estate group in Dubai is looking for 10 dynamic and driven Property Consultants to join a high-performance sales team. If you’re hungry for success and want daily fresh leads with full back-office support, this is your chance!

What We Offer:

– Commission:
• Starts at 50% – higher based on sales volume
• 65%–70% on personal/referral leads
– Daily Fresh Leads: Fresh, legitimate leads provided daily to each agent—no cold calling required.
– In-House Support:
• Marketing & social media team
• Professional photographers & videographers
• Listing/admin support for smooth operations
– Visa sponsorship & health insurance

Who We’re Looking For:

– Energetic, sales-driven individuals with a passion for real estate
– Experience in Dubai real estate is required
– Excellent English communication (Arabic/French is a BIG plus)
– UAE driving license is a must
