Assistant Manager Planning

Key Accountabilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Material Planning and coordination
• Third Party Planning and Coordination
• Capacity planning and analysis
• OTIF assurance
• Data Management and Reporting
• Ensuring sales revenue targets are met
• SAP Implementation

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelors in Engineering (Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical) or MBA
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, preferably with printing and carton converting knowledge.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
