We are hiring Gate Clerk

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure entry/exit of men, materials, consignments, and vehicles as per SOPs/instructions of the factory.
• Physically check consignments and record in SAP/registers.
• Verify CNICs, issue gate/visitor passes, and confirm contractor worker identity.
• Maintain hardcopy records involved for incoming/outgoing consignments and to ensure dispatch trucks according to their documents/according to material at out time.
• Monitor shift vehicles and keep gate office records.
• To brief and educate drivers on safety rules and speed limits.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Minimum Bachelor’s qualification
• 1-2 years of relevant gate/access control experience.
• Knowledge of gate and security protocols.
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency & SAP knowledge
