We’re Hiring: Sr. Manager – PMO & Application Integration
Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and Application Integration function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and establish PMO governance, frameworks, and methodologies to foster an environment of standardization and efficiency.
• Chair the project portfolio management, prioritization and resource allocation in order to drive business value.
• Lead and support project managers and cross-functional teams to improve project management capabilities.
• Assess project performance, risks and dependencies to ensure project delivery to budget and on time.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and enable necessary transformation.
• Assure that all projects are compliant with regulatory and risk management policies across the firm.
