We need a strong, results-oriented individual to join our team and make an impact in improving our production line and overall manufacturing processes. The candidate would have the responsibility of increasing productivity, maintaining quality compliance, improving transport logistics and adhering to ISO standards. This position will also require planning and execution of new projects that will improve operational excellence. As a potential future leader of the TCF/Assembly line, the candidate will require excellent multitasking skills, be able to think proactively, be self-motivated, and goal-orientated. The ability to direct and motivate the production teams towards the achievement of the monthly and annually production goals will be critical to success in this role.

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related)

Requirements:

• Fresh or 1 year experience in relevant industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office & presentation skills.

• Project management – Line Study, analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

• Planning and organizing the manufacturing / production process.

• Understanding of ISO standards.

• AutoCAD/Solid Works/other design software skills will be an added advantage.
