Qualification & Experience Required:

Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager or 1-2 years as Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide branch teams to achieve organizational goals. Drive microfinance loan performing and enhance customer relationships. Monitor loan disbursements, loan recoveries and PAR, and take timely corrective actions. Conduct market research to expand reach while following all policies and compliance. Build community partnerships and provide training to improve staff performance.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills Proven expertise in microfinance operations, credit risk, and compliance Skilled in performance monitoring, operational controls, and community engagement
