𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

o Shall have all responsibilities of appropriate supervision of assigned sections.
o Shall have full responsibility of increasing sales and improving customer services.
o Training of staff on a consistent basis.
o Training new employees on the companies standards and procedures.
o From handling a negative customer experience to properly serving customers.
o Ensure visual merchandising meets companies requirements.
o Lead team and sections within one department.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

• 4 – 6 years’ experience in reputable Retail brand
• Education: Minimum Bachelors
• Must have experience in management of people, operations, & customers
• Strong fluency with Excel and its formulas & functions
• Strong and excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

•  Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting, and measurement of campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing of media creatives, ad copy, and placement to take full advantage of ROI.
•  Monitor and analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable reporting.
•  Plan, launch, and optimize email marketing and push notification campaigns using automated email marketing tools (e.g. MoEngage,   Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze).
•  Build and segment customer journeys based on behaviour (purchases, browsing history, churn signals).
•  Create automated customer workflows for onboarding, cart abandonment, re-engagement, and retention campaigns.
•  A/B test email subject lines, sending times and copy for optimization.
•  Use analytics tools (Google analytics, Meta Ads Manager, automation dashboards) to measure and track campaign performance.
•  Identify customer trends and insights on customer behaviour to influence targeting, personalization, and messaging.
•  Regularly report on performance with recommendations through all channels for further optimization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
•  2 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing (paid social media + marketing automation).
•  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics & proven experience using automation technology.
•  Strong analytical, creative & copy writing skills; you can tell good stories.
•  Understanding of customer segmentation, retention marketing & lifecycle campaigns.
•  Experienced with working with e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus.
