Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely Purchase Orders (POs) based on requests and approvals. Monitor the POs to ensure that deliveries are timely and address any delays or issues.
• Engage Vendors, Logistics and internal teams to track delivery dates.
• Coordinate with finance and vendors to ensure timely invoices and payments.
• Maintain a procurement tracking and documentation system for compliance and audits.
• Ensure compliance to internal SOPs and procurement policies.
