We’re Hiring: Senior Executive — Organizational Development

📍 Karachi (Group Role) | ✈ Occasional Travel

We’re looking for someone who loves building structure out of ideas. As Senior Executive – OD, you’ll be the engine that turns strategies into real programs across our group companies driving change, shaping culture, and making HR systems smarter.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Launch OD initiatives that enhance culture and performance with teams.
• Work with the Head of HR & Admin to develop and manage people-development programs.
• Lead change projects from ideas to delivery with time frames and adoption plans for each initiative.
• Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor and show progress.
• Work with teams across locations to gather feedback and ensure successful execution.

What you bring:
a) 🎓 Qualification: BBA or Equivalent
b) 🛠Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OD, L&D, or HR project delivery.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analysis skills.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google sheets, PowerPoint, and HR data.
• Value a proactive, organized mindset, see gaps, and propose solutions.
