Key Accountabilities:
Develop, implement, and align Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) governance frameworks with corporate goals and industry best practices Lead the design, approval, communication and sales target-setting frameworks for incentive compensation (IC) to align with business goals Assess and define the appropriate sales force structure, size and allocation across geography, channels and function to maximize business impact Develop and launch customer PST frameworks, ensure discipline in planning field activities, and continuously optimize customer interaction strategies Create and oversee performance management frameworks for the sales force, provide analytical insights, and support execution of improvement actions for the sales force Manage and enhance local CRM/CLM tools, manage vendors, integrate reporting tools to enable effective process, and develop CRM support capabilities to strengthen customer interaction and field effectiveness Company: Hoechst Pakistan Ltd. Location: Head Office- Karachi
Contract Type: Permanent
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration; preference for Statistics/Data Sciences, MBA preferred Minimum 5 years of Data Analysis experience in a pharmaceutical industry. Managerial experience is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; leadership and teamwork; proficiency in MS Office, data management, and databases; knowledge of ethics & compliance
