Position: Manager Human Resources – HR & GA Department (Islamabad/Karachi)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overseeing the management of the entire recruitment process
- To facilitate a seamless transition for new joiners through the provision of effective orientation and onboarding activities
- Accountable for administering and ensuring the timely completion of all exit formalities for separated staff
- Prompt reporting to the SBP on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly basis and as requested on an urgent basis
- Any other assignments as requested by the Head HR & GA
