Key Accountabilities
- Timely & Accurate Enrollment Management: Complete the efficient and accurate processing of enrollments.
- Reporting Updates for Insured Members: Keep, and provide clients with, updates on accurate insured member reporting.
- Changes to Salary for Insured Members: Input and process salary changes for enrolled members.
- Record Maintenance & Compliance: Maintain accurate and compliant records for audits.
- Client Communication & Coordination: Maintain timely and clear communication with client HR and other teams.
- Data Entry and Accuracy of Updates: Ensure updates in internal systems relating to enrollments are accurate.
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent Presentation & Communications Skills
- MS Office Knowledge
