We are searching for an experienced 𝐒𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠) to join our team based in Lahore. This is a key leadership role within our Finishing Department, where you’ll drive performance, quality and continuous improvement.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

•  Lead and manage manpower and machines to meet production throughput.
•  Ensure daily Finishing output achieves monthly quality and packing targets.
•  Monitor and reduce order lead times.
•  Attend Quality, Measurement, Rejection and Performance Review meetings.
•  Promote and foster a culture of efficiency, quality and teamwork.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

•  Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Textile Engineering (or similar).
•  Experience: A solid track record within the management of textiles finishing operations.
•  Skills: Strong team management, analytical thinking and risk assessment.
