We are looking for an Deputy Manager Quality Assurance to join our Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the testing of resin, utility, water treatment and raw material
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures
• Supervise daily QC lab operations and ensure timely and accurate testing
• Assist in maintaining and updating all ISO, FSSC and other relevant records
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Identify areas of improvement in QC processes.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring corrective actions to improve product quality
• Propose and support modifications to enhance QC operations
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the lab
• Maintain compliance with the environmental regulations and safety standards
• Assist in keeping records of and conducting trainings with respect to the skill matrix of the team
• Support the development and implantation of training programs for QC staff
• Work closely with other departments to ensure product quality
• Report to the QC Manager on QC activities and issues
• Perform any other task assigned by the QCM
