Responsibilities include:

Lead preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance systems, ensuring sustainable equipment performance. JD includes:
Manage PLCs, inverters, servo drives, controllers, and instrumentation systems.
Oversee spare parts management, CMMS optimisation, and downtime reduction.
Drive continuous improvement through TPM, lean practices, and automation upgrades.
Lead and mentor engineers, fostering strong technical capability.
Revamp the Training Center with redesigned kits, updated content, and enhanced hands-on learning.
