This is a fantastic opportunity to support radiology services in a patient-centered environment.

Location: Qatar
Salary: 5,500 QAR/month
Contract: Until end of the year (with possible extension)

Key responsibilities:
– Juggle patient appointments for everything from MRIs to X-rays without dropping the ball.
– Double-check who’s who, keep noses out of private stuff, and make sure what’s said in radiology stays in radiology.
– Jump in on insurance stuff—verification, prior auth, all that paperwork nobody loves but everybody needs.
– Handle the headache of booking surgeries and interventional radiology—call it calendar Tetris, but for actual lives.
– Balance what’s urgent, who needs what, and never run out of open slots. Resource ninja, basically.
– Deliver patient service that doesn’t suck—clear answers, real empathy, and no radio silence.
– Pitch in with PACS and registration so no one’s lost in the database ether.
– Actually follow the rules: all those hospital policies, safety checklists, and hoops for compliance—yeah, on it.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of frontline experience in customer service, scheduling, or reception
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
