CRANE OPERATORS:

• Operator – Mobile Crane
• Operator – Rail Crane
• Operator – Forklift

Job Requirements:

• Foremen: If you’ve got a Diploma in Engineering or ITI in something relevant, great—you’re halfway there. Honestly, though, what really matters is whether you’ve been running the show for 7+ years, or at least have 5 years doing pretty much the same thing. Show you can take charge and actually get things done, not just talk about it.

  Technicians & Fitters: So, same deal—Diploma in Engineering or ITI gets you noticed. But if you haven’t spent at least 3 years getting your hands dirty in a similar job, it’s probably not happening.

  Crane Operators: ITI or even just a high school diploma will do, as long as you’ve wrangled a crane for a couple of years already. Not your first rodeo? Perfect.

  Oh, and if you’ve worked around ships, oil rigs, or heavy industry? That’s a serious bonus. You’ll stand out
