We are Hiring! Front Desk Officer

Qualification: Intermediate
Experience: 1 year

Receive and communicate incoming and out-going telephone calls for the company.
Deal sensitively with telephone and personal enquires from clients, staffs and others as appropriate.
Deal professionally and courteously with the reception entry and welcome clients and visitors as appropriate.
Perform various clerical duties such as photocopies records, including logging and routing/distribution of incoming mails, daily export/local orders to concerned department, dispatching of outgoing mails.
Responsible to answer Customer Service Queries over Phone, Email, Whatsapp and sent to relevant department for further coordination.
