Turnotech is looking for a Project Manager – Managed Services who can take full ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role demands strong managerial capabilities, leadership skills, and a proven ability to independently drive telecom/managed services projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• I basically own these managed services projects—yep, telco stuff and all the other random ones too. If something goes sideways, I’m the one customers come yelling at, and honestly? I don’t dodge it. I keep things straight with them, no hiding or weird corporate lingo.

   

• KPIs, SLAs… all those targets? I keep ‘em on my radar, making sure we don’t miss a beat. And I’m not flying solo here—got a whole squad: NOC, field folks, vendors, you name it. I’m the one making sure everyone’s actually talking to each other and not just sending emails into the void.

   

• Things break, outages happen—welcome to tech, right? I’m the one who’s supposed to see that stuff coming, jump in before it explodes, and get it sorted fast. No excuses.

   

• Budget? Yeah, I watch that like a hawk because, honestly, no one wants a project blowing up the bottom line. I’m the go-to for pretty much anything: tech messes, quality issues, HR headaches, admin annoyances, logistics mysteries, chasing down payments—you get the picture.

   

• Also, I’m not about reinventing the wheel every time. I set up systems so we’re not scrambling, and when the bosses or clients want the lowdown, I’ve got the dashboards and reports ready to roll. No sugarcoating—just the real deal.

Job Location: Lahore

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of managerial experience in Managed Services/Telecom with at least 150+ field resources.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects with full accountability.
• Strong customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
