𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Head – Central to lead our business development and client engagement efforts across the Punjab region. This is a senior leadership position responsible for accelerating Net Assets Under Management (AUM), driving revenue, developing a high-performing sales force, and deepening client relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic vision with on-ground execution capabilities, helping position JS Investments as the preferred choice for mutual funds, investment advisory, and wealth management solutions across institutional, corporate, and HNW segments.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Snagging New Clients & Pumping Up AUM: Basically, you’re hustling to pull in fresh clients, get a bigger chunk of their investments, and keep that revenue climbing to hit your targets. It’s part sales, part charm, part “let’s make this happen.”
•  Hunting Business & Owning the Market: You’re not just sitting around waiting for leads to fall in your lap. Nope. You’re out there pushing JS Investments’ mutual funds and all those fancy financial products to anyone with a big enough checkbook—think institutions, corporates, and those high-flyers in Punjab.
•  Relationship Vibes: This isn’t a one-and-done deal. You gotta keep those relationships warm—check-ins, updates, hand-holding when the markets get weird. Regular chats, performance reports, and being there after the sale? All part of the gig.
•  Advising Like a Pro: You’re the go-to for smart investment advice—stock stuff, bonds, quirky alternatives. You’re recommending portfolio moves that make sense for each client, not just whatever’s convenient for you (or at least, you try).
•  Paperwork & Playing by the Rules: Yeah, it’s not sexy, but you can’t skip the compliance dance. Make sure every document’s in order, follow all the rules, and wrangle the back office folks so nothing gets stuck in the pipeline.
•  Staying Sharp on the Market: Don’t get blindsided. You’ve gotta know what’s happening in the market, keep up with rule changes, and sniff out what’s new in the investment world. That way, you can talk like you know your stuff and help steer the strategy ship internally, too.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

✔️ 8–10 years of progressive experience in business development, institutional or corporate sales preferably within Asset Management or banking Industry.
✔️ Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
