• Designed, implemented, and maintained robust network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Managed IT security, including information security and data protection, ensuring systems integrity through risk management and contingency planning.
• Developed and maintained IT governance frameworks, aligning IT resources with organizational goals, compliance, and risk standards.
• Analyzed business needs and delivered effective technological solutions to support operations.
• Oversaw procurement, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Fostered a landed IT culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts, and ensured SLA compliance to meet business requirements.
• Developed and implemented disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Managed IT infrastructure budgets, optimizing costs while meeting service delivery expectations.
• Overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients or internal stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in CS, Computer Engineering

• Experience: 15 – 20 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge: IT Security, IT Governance Models, Infrastructure & Applications, Data Warehousing, Architecture & Networking, Cloud platforms & Technology, ITIL, PMP, COBIT-5, CISSP
