Position : Assistant Manager – Learning and People Development

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• The Designs, implements, and monitors training programs, professional development plans, and yearly training calendars aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages the career leadership, talent pool feedback, and professional growth plans for managerial staff.
• Tracks training effectiveness through data analytics, prepares monthly reports, manages departmental trainers, and ensures training resource availability.
• Oversees the complete onboarding process and evaluates new hires on 30-60-90-day timelines with input from respective department heads.

QUALIFICATION Masters/Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in hospitality will be preferred.
