♦ QUALIFICATION:

• Masters in Human Resource Management from reputable university.
• Additional certifications in HR will be strongly recommended.

♦ REQUIREMENT:

• Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Prepares reports and completes surveys on employee matters as required.
• Assists with the development, implementation, and approval of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Assists HOD Human Resources.

♦ EXPERIENCE: 3 to 4 Years experience.
