We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented, and highly professional “Executive Secretary” to provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO. This position demands a high degree of discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The Executive Secretary will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of executive-level activities and effective communication across stakeholders.

📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi.

🎓 Qualification:

• Master’s degree from a recognized institution.

💼 Required Experience & Skills:

• 8 – 10 years of proven experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Impeccable attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Professional demeanor, sound judgment and the ability to anticipate executive needs.
