JOIN OUR TEAM Personal Assistant to COO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for COO when required.
• Act as a first point of contact for the COO, deal with correspondence and phone calls.
• Manage COO diaries and organizing his meetings and appointments.
• Book and arrange COO travel, transport.
• Strong follow-up with the relevant managers for the tasks completion.

SKILLS

• Excellent oral and written communication with attentive listening abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Multitasking and strong operational skills.
• Advanced computer skills & IT literacy.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Masters from HEC recognized institute.
• 3-4 Years of relevant experience with similar role.
