We’re Hiring! Manager After-sales (Parts) for Head Office, SITE, Karachi

Requirements:

Skills:

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with sales, marketing, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is essential.

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field, coupled with 5 to 7 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer service, preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory levels, source parts, and coordinate supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize customer downtime.
• Achieve sales targets by developing & implementing strategies, tracking sales performance, and potentially selling new product lines to clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle complex customer complaints and warranty cases, and build strong relationships with both customers and a global network of part distributors and dealers.
• Lead and mentor a team of after-sales parts staff, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, process payments, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Create accurate sales and inventory reports, analyze trends in customer habits and product demand, and provide transparency to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, find opportunities for operational efficiency, and implement new after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
