We are HIRING Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and fleet owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Conduct field visits and ensure product visibility in the market.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast demand accurately.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tyre or automotive sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within the region.
