WE ARE HIRING! TERRITORY SALES OFFICER (TSO) GUJRANWALA (CONFECTIONERY)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective development and productivity of field workforce.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Conduct market surveys to gather information on competitors and consumer preferences.
• Ensure timely placement and delivery of sales orders to the designated parties.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Confectionery).
• Hands on related experience in secondary sales software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
