WE’RE HIRING Logistics Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the logistics team and strategise daily cargo operations (road, air, train).
• Ensure effective outbound logistics and transportation coordination from multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while resolving delays and equipment related issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and 3PL teams to ensure efficient cargo movement.
• Monitor KPIs, leverage ERP systems and drive process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in logistics with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and business KPIs.
