We Are HIRING Site Manager in Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, and Labour laws.
• Monitor fuel handling, storage, and sales to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.
• Manage site staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee financial transactions, cash flow, and reporting to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and head office for smooth supply chain operations.
• Implement effective stock control and inventory management systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Petroleum Management, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in petroleum/fuel station management or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
