Your Key Impact Areas

• Drive secondary and tertiary sales through modern trade accounts
• Lead joint business plans with key chains and ensure execution
• Manage credit terms and ensure smooth operational coordination
• Ensure timely listing and availability of all SKU’s across chain
• Monitor stock rotation and prevent damages and expires
• Execute customer-specific activations and visibility plans
• Ensure correct pricing on shelves across accounts
• Conduct regular market visits and lead training and capability development of merchandising team
• Gather and report market insights to support strategic planning
• Leverage data and business analytics to drive decision and optimize account performance
• Ensure strong interdepartmental coordination with supply chain, finance, marketing, trade marketing, and operations teams.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (BBA or BS in Accounting & Finance)

Experience:

• 5-8 years in Consumer/FMCG Sales
