Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Regional Director, regional department heads, Network Improvement Partners (NIPs), and Head Office.
• Manage the Regional Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Record, distribute, and follow up on minutes of meetings and assigned action points.
• Maintain effective communication channels with 40+ schools across 4 networks under the Northern Region.
• Ensure timely dissemination of directives, circulars, and updates from the Regional Director to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate between academic, operational, and support departments for smooth execution of regional initiatives.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and correspondence pertaining to regional operations.
• Ensure documentation and reports are in line with Head Office and Board of Directors’ requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports, audits, and performance summaries.
• Supervise general office administration, including logistics, filing systems, and stationery requirements.
• Support the Regional Director in planning and executing regional events, visits, and review meetings.
• Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Gather and compile data, reports, and summaries to assist the Regional Director in academic and operational decision-making.
• Provide analytical and administrative input on projects as assigned.
