We’re Hiring for REFRACTORY ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise refractory installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Evaluate refractory materials to ensure optimal performance and durability.
• Conduct thermal and chemical analysis to improve refractory life and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective refractory solutions.
• Strong understanding of refractory materials and their chemical properties.
• Hands-on experience in furnace/ kiln/ rotary operations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in refractory engineering within the manufacturing or process industry.
• Sound knowledge of refractory materials, heat transfer, and furnace operations.
• Proficiency in technical reporting and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
