Job Responsibilities:

1) The management of QA/QC activities to uphold product quality and standards.
2) Monitor final inspections, analyze check results, and implement actions to reduce rejections and improve reliability.
3) Train and mentor subordinates to ensure process consistency and continuous improvement.
4) Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Planning teams to resolve process issues and enhance efficiency.
5) Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality procedures, and company policies at the workplace.
