𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Customer Support Officer

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

-Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
-Provide friendly and helpful assistance on product-related queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
-Handle customer complaints effectively while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies.
-Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, order tracking, and refunds.
-Communicate promotions, product details, and policies clearly to customers.
-Conduct daily feedback calls for exchange/return cases as per audit requirements.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-1–2 years of customer support experience (retail/e-commerce preferred).
-Strong communication skills in English & Urdu.
-Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
