We are hiring District Manager (Diabetes)

Key Accountabilities

• Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
• Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Sales Certification through Reps.
• Build and develop business relationship with Target Audience / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Evaluate, maintain & develop the reps’ knowledge related to selling skills and products.
• Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
• Effective utilization of ‘Sales & KPIs Dashboard’ as per Objectives.
• Regular reports on Market Intelligence / Competition.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Overall 7+ years of experience in Pharma Sales with 3 years managerial sales experience
• Experience in diabetes is added advantage
• Ability to Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
• Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
