Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Officer Support Services (contractual) for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Business Head’s schedule, including appointments, quarterly meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain and update daily calendars, organise meetings and book conference rooms at Mozang and Karachi offices for the Business Head and DR1.
• Handle all email correspondence and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Arrange local and international travel, hotel bookings, and visa arrangements for the Business Head and Agri Sciences team.
• Prepare and process expense claims for travel, accommodation, entertainment, and other reimbursements; maintain and update the BM expense file.
• Support engagement and employee activities for the Agri Sciences Business, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for both personal and official records of the Business Head.
• Ensure compliance with Company HSE policies, maintaining updated documentation (PSS files, safe KM records, man-hours, and training data) and submitting reports to the HSE Coordinator.
• Track and update learning event data for the team, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Maintain records related to HSE Management Audits and improvement plans.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and visitors, organise customer meetings and maintain efficient filing systems.
• Coordinate with the Head Office on vendor/supplier agreements for the Agri Sciences Business Team.
• Liaise with HR on recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities (e.g. vehicle registration, NOCs, and authority letters).
• Prepare A-Forms for CAPEX, process POs, GRNs, and invoices related to marketing and travel, support General Manager’s direct reports as needed.
• Coordinate with local suppliers for agrochemical order processing on a need basis.
