Position Title	Academic Qualification	Experience
Professor of Practice	• A Masters/PhD degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution • Maximum 5 years for PhD, including M.Phil, and 2 years for M.Phil/MS. • BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, or any related management field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the hospitality industry.	A minimum of 5-15 years of professional experience in hoteling industry/field.
Program Manager	• MS in Management, Hospitality & Tourism degree holder shall be given preference. • Should have a good understanding of HEC rules.	A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hoteling industry/field
Lecturer/Instructor	• MS in Hospitality & Tourism Management or related field. • Foreign degree graduates shall be preferred.	Teaching experience of 4-5 years, ideally in hospitality. Background in Food & Beverage is a plus.
