A well-established company in Takaful industry of Pakistan, Dawood Family Takaful Limited, is looking for determined and energetic experienced applicant for the position of Officer in Internal Audit Department at Head Office, Karachi.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in developing the risk-based annual audit plan and preparing sections of audit reports.
• Conduct audit testing per IIA standards, approved programs, and all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document accurate, complete, and well-referenced audit evidence in working papers.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and identify control weaknesses or process improvement areas across all departments.
• Draft audit observations with root-cause analysis and practical recommendations, and discuss findings with department heads.
• Track audit recommendations, perform follow-up reviews, and verify implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance audit, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills through continuous learning and internal training sessions.

WHAT WE NEED?

• Candidate must B. Com / BBA / BS Accounting & Finance or MBA Finance.
• Experience requirement is minimum 2-3 years preferably in Auditing/Finance/Takaful.
