- DAE Mech, Elec, Chemical or Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Processing, or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
- Report quality deviations or equipment issues and manage shift/work duty rosters as needed.
- Operate butter churns and processing equipment, ensuring proper loading, settings, and adherence to standard procedures.
- Monitor butter formation, adjust parameters for optimal yield and texture, and ensure GMP-compliant equipment and area maintenance.
- Verify product quality through checks on moisture, texture, flavor, and color as per specifications.
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation to support traceability and audit requirements.
