𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Develop technical packs (Tech Packs) for Western Wear collections, including detailed specifications, measurements, and construction notes.
o Review fabric, trims, and materials for suitability in production.
o Work closely with the production team to resolve technical challenges and ensure accurate garment construction.
o Conduct fit sessions and provide clear feedback for pattern adjustments.
o Keep updated with current Western fashion trends, fabrics, and construction techniques.
o Ensure timely delivery of Tech Packs and samples for production schedules.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Proven experience as a Technical Designer in Western Wear.
o Strong knowledge of knits, woven fabrics, prints, and embroidery techniques.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and garment CAD software.
o Excellent understanding of patterns, sizing, grading, and fit.
o Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
