Job Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience: 10-12 years of marketing experience in footwear or large-scale retail, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role

Position Overview

The person appointed in this first line of the organization will be responsible for the whole corporate brand marketing and advertising strategy, whose main purpose will be to refresh the brand, attract customers to stores, and increase sales at retail places. He/She will coordinate corporate brand management, seasonal campaigns, retail marketing, in-store brand execution, and consumer insights, which are all crucial for achieving the business objectives. This position will be working very closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership. The applicant will be accountable for turning the commercial targets into profit-making marketing initiatives, working with agencies, wisely allocating the marketing budgets, and making sure that the brand visibility and positioning are uniform across the country.
