Position: Category Lead (Supply Chain)
Job Location: Warehouse, Korangi – Karachi, Pakistan

Al Razzaq Fibres Pvt Ltd (SAYA) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Category Lead (Supply Chain) to take charge of its supply chain department at the Korangi warehouse in Karachi. This senior role is perfect for professionals who possess deep knowledge of the entire supply chain operations, especially in the textile and fashion sectors.

Role Overview:

The Category Lead will be in charge of supervising and perfecting the supply chain activities of the textile fashion category. He/she will need the management skills to handle the entire process from sourcing through supplier and demand planning, inventory and logistics coordination, and, finally, performance analysis, so that there are no disruptions at any of the sites.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across all supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the distribution network of stock across South, Central, and North regions, including logistics operations.

• Track aging stock and report findings to management in a timely manner.

• Consolidate cut sizes at shop level and execute internal stock transfers.

• Set inventory levels in coordination with the National Sales Manager (NSM) based on store assortment and define category-wise MOQ with the production team.

• Lead the Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse, ensuring effective inventory control and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct comprehensive physical audits to identify and correct system discrepancies.

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.

• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential supply risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, finance, and sales to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.

• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts while avoiding excess inventory.
