ASAIA Pvt Ltd Jobs – Facility Foreman | January 2026 | Port Qasim, Karachi

ASAIA Pvt Ltd is looking for a Facility Foreman who is experienced and proactive to work in their Port Qasim Plant, Karachi. This position is a great chance for specialists who have a solid facility management, utilities maintenance, and equipment operations background to play a role in a lively industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance, repair, and replacement activities for AHU filters, fans, compressors, generators, chillers, and other central utilities equipment

• Maintain equipment in clean condition, perform minor repairs and adjustments, inspect, and service lubrication as required

• Ensure minimum equipment downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance programs and timely completion of work orders

• Monitor daily operations and inspections of HVAC, air conditioning, compressed air, water, and chilled water systems across the facility and machine panels

• Coordinate maintenance activities with cross-functional departments and maintain accurate service records and reports

• Develop, review, and implement SOPs/SOIs; support equipment upgrades and integration of new technologies

• Develop a reliability program for utilities and critical building systems, including Purified Water Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Chilled Water Systems, and Building Management Systems

• Optimize utility consumption by minimizing air leakages, managing air/vacuum generation, and preparing monthly reports for air and electricity usage

• Enforce safety standards, support site safety initiatives, and participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or DAE from a reputable institution

• 6–7 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Proficiency in MS Office suite

• Strong expertise in fault troubleshooting and maintenance of utility equipment, including compressors, chillers, generators, pumps, and other facility equipment
